Lion City Toastmasters Club ("the Club", "we"), Singapore — https://www.lioncitytoastmastersclub.com/ — operates a private internal application ("the App") for the sole purpose of publishing the Club's own content to the Club's own Facebook Page.
Publishes Club-approved text posts and photos to the Lion City Toastmasters Club Facebook Page.
Reads back the status of those posts to confirm they published correctly.
The App is used only by the Club's Executive Committee. It has no public users and no user-facing interface.
The Club's own Facebook Page access token, post copy, and photos — all supplied by the Club, stored privately on the Club's own systems, and never committed to shared repositories.
The App does not collect, store, or process personal information about website visitors, Facebook users, or any other third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties for marketing or advertising. The only external service the App communicates with is Meta's Facebook Graph API, in order to publish the Club's Page posts.
Page posts published by the App remain on the Club's Facebook Page until removed there; removal can be requested at any time via the contact below.
Because the App holds no third-party personal data, there is nothing for a third party to request deletion of. Any privacy query will be answered within a reasonable time.
The Club handles personal data (such as member names and event photos used in Page posts) in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act: material is published with the consent of the individuals concerned for the purpose of Club publicity, used only for that purpose, and removed on request.
Individuals may request access to or correction of their personal data held by the Club via the contact below.
