To give our members extra value, we have introduced a series of education segments on how to prepare for your speech projects to become an excellent speaker. This segment is specially tailored by our member, champion speaker and speech trainer Ng Seng Chuan to help new members prepare for their speeches. Ng Seng Chuan, Advance Toastmasters Silver (ATM-S)

The trainer is Ng Seng Chuan, sole proprietor of Rhetoric Speech Consultants, a speech training centre specializing in the teaching of phonetics and pronunciation, as well as speech improvement and public speaking. 

 In addition to being an experienced speaker with 25 years of professional involvement, Seng Chuan holds numerous diplomas in speech training (FLCM, LTCL, ALAM).  A member Lion City TMC and a mentor at Tanglin TMC, he holds the rank of ATMG, and won the championship trophy for Impromptu Speech at the District 80 contest in Hong Kong in 2007.
